Last Quarter of 2021!!

2021 has been another rough year for many business owners.  While we continue to deal with COVID-19, many businesses are finally settling in a new way of doing business now that the year is mostly finished.  Websites have been built, curbside pickup has been mastered, and new cleaning procedures are now a way of life.  Now that people around the country are starting to settle in a new way of life it makes it a little easier to plan for the new year.

As we start the last quarter of the year, continue into fall, and begin the holiday season we also need to start looking ahead to the new year.  It’s time to think about new goals, both personal and business.  Where do you want to be in one year?  5 years?  10 years?  It’s important to revisit your goals and plans each year, especially when major changes have occurred.

Once you have goals it’s much easier to start budgeting and planning for the next year.  Knowing what you priorities are will help keep you on track with your spending and help you find ways to meet your revenue goals.

Don’t wait until the new year to make resolutions or create a budget.  Working on this now will help you to be prepared once January 1st hits.  You’ll start your new year ahead of the game and feel so much better and more in control!
